NAIROBI DAY TOUR

The 1-Day Nairobi Tour with Samton Safaris brings together wildlife, conservation and local craftsmanship in a single day. Starting in Nairobi, the tour takes you through four different experiences: Nairobi National Park, the Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage in Nairobi, the Giraffe Centre and Kazuri Beads. The day begins with a pickup from your Hotel in Nairobi and depart to the Nairobi National Park, where you can experience wildlife within a protected natural setting close to Kenya's capital. During the visit, you may have opportunities to see different species of wildlife and birds in their natural surroundings. Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed and can vary according to the season, animal movements and local conditions. 

The journey continues with a visit to the Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage, where guests can learn about elephant rescue, care and rehabilitation. The experience with Samton Safaris provides an opportunity to understand more about conservation efforts and the work involved in caring for orphaned elephants in Kenya. After this visit, guests will have lunch before continuing to the Giraffe Center at a restaurant Nairobi which will be self-sponsored.  After lunch and relaxing, guests visit the Giraffe Centre. This conservation-focused attraction gives visitors the opportunity to see giraffes at close range while learning more about giraffe conservation. Visitors will have the chance to feed the giraffes, leaving a memorable experience. 

The final day-tour experience with Samton Safaris is at Kazuri Beads, where guests can discover an important part of Nairobi's local craft tradition. The visit provides an opportunity to see handmade bead and jewellery production and learn more about the artisans behind the products.
