At Samton Safaris, we strive to ensure your travel plans proceed smoothly. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or change your travel arrangements. Please read the following cancellation policy carefully to understand our terms and conditions.
If you need to cancel your tour booking, the following charges will apply based on the notice period given:

Some tours may have non-refundable components such as accommodation, flights, or park fees, which will be communicated during booking.
If you fail to join the tour or cancel on the day of departure, no refund will be provided.
Samton Safaris reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to force majeure (such as natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, etc.), lack of participants, or other reasons beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer:
Samton Safaris will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the client (e.g., flights, visas).
All refund requests will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your written cancellation request. Refunds will be made through the original payment method, unless otherwise arranged.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unexpected cancellations, medical expenses, and other travel-related issues.
